Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
- Must be able to work onsite in Ft Meade, MD five days a week based on customer needs.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.
- A Masters degree may replace 2 years of experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in the functional area.
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, with expertise in various DevSecOps tool suites, microservices, and containers.
- A minimum of 3 years experience with bug tracking software (Jira).
- At least 3 years of recent and relevant experience in front-end web design and development.
- At least 3 years of experience testing web-based applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development programs or projects.
- At least 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with at least five of the following: Apache, Ember, JavaScript, Jaguar, Java, Cricket, Node.
- Proven experience in agile, user-focused application design, ensuring top-tier UI/UX standards.
- Demonstrated ability to create system wireframes, mockups, etc., considering various user personas.
- Experience preparing, conducting, and documenting various system tests and results to ensure system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements.
- Practical experience in a cloud development environment.
- Skill in integrating data from unclassified to classified application deployments.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise for the described tasks.
- Utilize analytical skills to foster process improvements, specialized studies, and define requirements.
- Engage in analysis, planning, and development of requirements documentation, functional models, and procedures.
- Perform management and technical duties including developing functional architecture.
- Execute engineering tasks for front-end design and development, including creating technical design drawings, mockups, and wireframes.
- Plan and implement modifications to Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs).
- Construct and optimize various UI elements, improving navigation practices and user-friendliness for feature development.
