Intelligent Automation Lead (Hybrid/Remote)

- Conduct design sessions to gather requirements from clients - Collaborate with clients to identify a minimum viable product and prioritize the product backlog - Develop a product backlog that captures client priorities and includes defining product epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Work with the software delivery team to refine user stories for delivery readiness - Present backlog items for commitment during sprint planning sessions - Participate in daily standups with the team and provide guidance to assist in meeting sprint objectives - Accept completed user stories after delivery team demonstrations - Provide product demonstrations to clients - Offer mentoring to junior team members as needed - Implement intelligent automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in processes - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on intelligent automation technologies - Manage automation solutions including customer requirement capture and backlog maintenance - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities - Work with engineering teams on RPA/APA platform solutions - Define key performance indicators and reporting structures to track automation effectiveness - Oversee implementation processes and address production-related issues - Engage with senior stakeholders to explore new automation prospects - Prepare reports for leadership on project progress and risks - Establish standards for automation capabilities for consistent implementation - Support process discovery and documentation initiatives for current and future state mappings - Maintain documentation for requirements, solution designs, and reusable automation assets
