IT Asset Configuration Associate Analyst

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and address issues and trends alongside the Service Desk, Field Services, and Desktop Services - Reconcile and investigate bulk purchases with the Accounting team to ensure appropriate charge allocation - Research hardware and software asset requests to verify availability - Evaluate all incoming IT hardware and software requests, validate their necessity, and generate purchase orders for approval - Oversee the lifecycle management of devices, including provisioning, repairs, and decommissioning to optimize asset use - Support regular assessments and create recommendation reports aimed at enhancing process efficiency and control - Organize equipment returns for all hardware refreshes and departing employees - Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Project Management on site closures to ensure proper recycling or transfer of equipment
