Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is essential.
- Must be capable of reporting on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days weekly, according to customer needs.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- A Masters degree may compensate for two years of experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the functional area is required.
- At least 10 years of combined expertise in relational and cloud-based databases:
- Database development and software engineering/development.
- Database design and data modeling.
- Requirements analysis and generation.
- Development of systems and software architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Enterprise DB.
- At least 7 years of experience with PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated installation scripts.
- Demonstrated skills in developing database solutions in a multi-tiered environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in the designated tasks.
- Utilize analytical skills to support process enhancement, specialized studies, and defining requirements.
- Engage in analysis, planning, and the creation of requirements documents.
- Develop functional models and procedures, as well as functional architecture.
- Perform other management and technical duties as required.
- Exhibit proficiency in the specialty area.
