Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, or related modules).
- Proven practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with international payroll, benefits, or financial integration platforms (e.g., ADP, Celergo, Fidelity, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security standards in cloud implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Preferred Oracle certifications in relevant Cloud modules.
- Additional experience in energy, utilities, or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) for support ticket management.
- Knowledge of change management processes and the development of training materials for end users.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the deployment of Oracle Cloud modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, ERP, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT) and external vendors to facilitate smooth and compliant data exchanges with various systems.
- Configure and oversee Oracle Cloud security, roles, and data access policies to align with governance and privacy regulations.
- Enhance systems and improve processes post go-live while providing best practices and technical support to users.
- Work with third-party implementation partners, consultants, and internal teams to establish project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure continuous support and operational excellence via proactive monitoring, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to employee and organizational data.
- Act as the main contact for Oracle Cloud-related issues and incidents.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting tasks using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders to facilitate successful adoption and knowledge transfer.
Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud Implementation and Support Administrator to lead the deployment, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, or related modules). This is a hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL, which may also accommodate relocation candidates. The position is set for a duration of 12 months on a W2 basis. Our ideal candidate will possess the expertise needed to drive successful implementations, ensure seamless integration with external systems, and deliver compliant solutions that align with our business goals.
