Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a full stack engineer or in a comparable role, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, React, and Node
- Familiarity with Git or a similar version control system
- Strong grasp of REST APIs and microservices
- Bachelors degree in a related field or substantial equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability in developing web applications, APIs, and SQL stored procedures
- Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Proven capability to provide constructive feedback to engineers and collaborate effectively with peers
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the full stack engineering team
- Design and maintain complex features utilizing React, Node, and Typescript
- Work in conjunction with our product team and business units to structure and enhance requirements
- Recognize and address technical debt and areas for enhancement
- Cultivate a collaborative and accountable work environment
