Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position
- Bachelors degree; a degree in criminal justice, management, computer information systems, or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the criminal justice sector (law enforcement, prosecution, defense, courts), computer information systems, or management information systems
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and fostering relationships
- Genuine passion for assisting public-sector clients in achieving success
- Outstanding communication and client engagement abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, training sessions, and support during go-live phases
Responsibilities
- Facilitate full-cycle software implementations, spanning kickoff, discovery, analysis, planning, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
- Evaluate clients existing workflows and operations, translating their requirements into system configurations and development needs
- Participate in implementation meetings, track project plans and milestones, and maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with engineering, design, business intelligence, and product teams on data migration, integrations, testing, and feature development
- Provide assistance during training sessions, troubleshoot issues, prepare for go-live, and support early adoption to ensure a successful implementation
