Must:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a software developer.
- Proficiency in PHP, TUI, Moodle, Lucee ColdFusion, Java, C++, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and significant assignments.
- Ability to plan and lead major technology projects; assess performance results and recommend significant changes to enhance project growth and success.
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may oversee others.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and promptly resolve software defects, including root-cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, which include designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Engage in peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and elevating code quality.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while upholding quality standards.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and fulfill commitments during agile cycles.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and system designs.
- Consistently adhere to coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Ensure applications perform well under various conditions and can scale effectively.
