Requirements

Must:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science. - Proven experience in developing and launching products or technologies. - Familiarity with product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - A passion for delving into the technical and operational aspects of products. - A track record of working independently and autonomously. - Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and apply continuous improvement methods. - Experience with agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Rally). - Strong communication skills, able to connect with peers and staff in an impactful, authentic manner. - Ensures features and related documentation are clear and easily understood by engineering teams. - Ability to influence various stakeholders without direct authority. - Skill in building organizational relationships and commanding respect within teams. - Experience in defining and developing cloud-native software products at scale is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Function as a Technical Product Manager, closely partnering with customers, Technical Program Managers, Software Design Engineers, and User Experience teams. - Define and guide technical products from conception to launch, merging the technical and business domains. - Break down requirements into features and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and establish acceptance criteria. - Maintain a long-term perspective, becoming a subject matter expert beyond individual projects. - Provide engineering teams with a well-organized backlog of features and user stories. - Encourage the reuse of product building blocks and propel continuous innovation for both internal and external customers. - Specify how new capabilities fit within the platform ecosystem and prioritize user stories for new components. - Identify commercialization opportunities for building blocks and propose ideas to product development teams for further enhancement. - Advocate for customers by engaging them to grasp their use cases, challenges, workflows, priorities, and tools. - Understand the customer journey and user experience to aid efficient application development, deployment, and scaling across multiple platforms. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities that meet the needs of internal and external customers. - Track key product metrics—such as usage, quality, and satisfaction—to inform product strategies.
