- Demonstrated track record in data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement strategies across teams.
- Proven experience in relationship-building, partnering, and influencing teams while earning respect across the organization.
- Capacity to discuss delivery strategies with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with executives, peers, and team members.
- Experience in defining and building cloud-native software products at scale.
- A keen interest in understanding platform capabilities and underlying technologies.
- A bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring comprehensive management of dependencies, delivery methods, and contingencies for unforeseen delays.
- Secure necessary resources, scope efforts, prioritize tasks, and set delivery milestones while fostering positive relationships with engineers, managers, and team members.
- Proactively manage the overall delivery of engineering work, ensure that dependencies are met, and actively resolve roadblocks to achieve successful outcomes.
- Act as the primary contact for projects, delivering updates confidently to higher management, and transforming complex information into clear communications.
- Maintain industry knowledge and possess the credibility to effectively represent team services to stakeholders and other teams.
- Deliver independently while sometimes seeking guidance from peers or managers; mentor and coach colleagues as needed.
- Optimize existing approaches and demonstrate improvements using data, participating in department mechanisms to drive continuous enhancements.
