Must:
I am looking for candidates who have a solid understanding of product development and the go-to-market cycle. You should possess a working knowledge of agile and SAFe methodologies, and an ability to read and write SQL queries to conduct data analysis. Familiarity with reading code to enhance development outcomes is essential, as is being able to communicate effectively with architects and product managers.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Manager-Technical, you will serve as the bridge between our development and product teams, facilitating the delivery of new features and enhancements to the MDES platform. Your duties will include: elaborating business requirements for new or improved platform features, identifying gaps for new capabilities, collaborating with service owners and regional leads for feature comparison, innovating or conducting test and learn experiments for customer value, contributing input for the product portfolio and roadmap, recommending trade-off decisions to support prioritization, and using runtime metrics as feedback for the backlog. Moreover, you will define release goals, monitor development to eliminate obstacles, prepare and oversee product launches, and coordinate with internal teams to address feature-level customer concerns. Your role also involves analyzing performance, identifying risks, and establishing a network of internal and external contacts.
