Must:

- 6–8 years of experience in software application development, with a solid foundation in programming.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java or Scala.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Hadoop platforms.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design and microservices architecture.
- Proven expertise in building data processing applications using Scala and Python 3.10.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, clean code practices, and writing maintainable, scalable software.
- Experience in developing container-based applications within a microservices environment.
- A passion for learning and mentoring, along with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to enhance technical skills.
- Deep knowledge of Big Data platforms such as Databricks, Cloudera, and Teradata, including the Hadoop architecture.
- A creative problem-solver with a startup mentality, enthusiastic about addressing complex data and algorithmic challenges.
- Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
- Commitment to building high-quality, robust, and scalable software, with experience in CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring/alerting.
- Comfort working in a high-performing Agile team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
