- Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
- Experience supporting production environments comprised of Java-based applications utilizing the Spring Boot/Batch framework and event-based frameworks.
- Familiarity with database technologies, including Postgres, Cassandra, and Redis.
- A systematic problem-solving approach, combined with strong communication abilities and a sense of ownership.
- Experience engaging with various stakeholders and handling challenging situations promptly is essential.
- A genuine interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- A proactive approach to change and the drive to push the limits of automation.
