Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Experience in the payments industry and/or financial services is necessary.
- Broad knowledge of product development functions is essential.
- Some understanding of general product development concepts and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, and work independently.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze financial information.
- Effective interaction with colleagues and collaboration with both internal and external business partners.
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 5%.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the development of new products and product enhancements by performing assigned tasks in the product development lifecycle.
- Gather information on market trends, the competitive landscape, and new product opportunities.
- Aid in defining product requirements and specifications.
- Support product launches and implementations.
- Assist in executing product marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
