Requirements

Must:
- I have experience building intricate business and/or transactional models in product line management, e-commerce, or strategic planning roles. - I am capable of delivering high-quality technology products/services in a rapidly growing environment where priorities can change swiftly. - I possess the ability to use quantitative data and metrics to support assumptions and develop business cases. - I have a proven track record of leading in a matrix organization and operating independently and autonomously. - I am proficient with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, NoSQL databases), microservice design, near real-time scalable fault-tolerant platform architecture, API design, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps setup. - I have experience with XP, TDD, and BDD methodologies in software development processes. - I have a history of making data-driven decisions and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams. - I possess comprehensive experience in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and CI/CD. - I can communicate effectively with executives, peers, and staff, demonstrating impact, eloquence, and authenticity. - I have experience building relationships, partnering with, and influencing executive leadership while earning the respect of engineers across the organization. - I have a thorough understanding of the platform, integration patterns, organizational capabilities, and company-wide assets that can provide technical solutions to customer challenges.

Responsibilities

- I will exhibit expertise across multiple platform products. - I will build strong connections to resources to drive overall strategy and teams within my organization while influencing external stakeholders to deliver expected outcomes. - I will identify short-and-medium-term risks to platform product development and segment adoption, while proposing solutions to address these issues. - I will leverage data to inform my decisions. - I will continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators and make improvements to move them in a positive direction. - I will make trade-off decisions among various solutions. - I will manage escalations, evaluate alternatives to resolve issues, and develop a resolution plan. - I will share best practices with other Mastercard teams. - I will engage with business customers to identify key platform product challenges and solicit feedback on the roadmap. - I will utilize my data analysis skills to investigate complex or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams when necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership. - I will oversee team-wide product operations, guide junior PM-Ts who may own specific components, and coordinate team-wide improvement objectives. - I will represent Mastercard with external stakeholders for escalations and during strategic roadmap discussions. - I will participate in customer research to gain a real-world understanding of customer needs and platform product value.
