Requirements

Must:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline. - Proven experience in developing and launching products or technologies. - Demonstrated capability in driving product vision, go-to-market strategies, and design discussions. - Experience in crafting strategic product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with defining and building cloud-native software products at scale. - A passion for delving into the technical and operational aspects of products. - Strong ability to operate independently and with autonomy. - A successful history of making data-driven decisions and implementing continuous improvement methodologies within your team. - Capability to influence various stakeholders without direct authority. - Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (e.g., scrum, Rally). - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey impact and authenticity to executives, peers, and team members. - Ensured clarity and accessibility of features and related documentation for other engineering teams. - Experience in building organizational relationships and effectively partnering with teams while earning respect from individuals.

Responsibilities

- Serve as an advocate for our customers by engaging with them to understand their use cases, challenges, daily operations, and priorities. - Analyze the customer journey and user experience to facilitate the swift development, deployment, and scaling of applications across various platforms. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement the desired platform capabilities for both internal and external customers. - Identify and collect key metrics to evaluate product usage, quality, and satisfaction, aiding in decisions regarding product roadmap and prioritization.
