Must:
### - I require candidates to hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or possess equivalent work experience. - I am looking for individuals with experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager software. - Current expertise in delivering technical solutions and capabilities to align with business and product strategies is essential, along with a solid relationship with technical and business providers. - Having a background in Financial Services or Payments is an advantage. - Direct experience in developing custom software applications and services across various technologies and frameworks is necessary. - Familiarity with software engineering concepts and methodologies, including agile lifecycles, testing automation, and behavior-driven development, is needed. - A strong foundation in object-oriented architecture, design, and development is essential. Direct Java experience is preferred; experience with multiple object-oriented languages and SQL is a plus. - Candidates should be high-energy, detail-oriented, able to thrive under pressure, and possess a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple conflicting needs are also important. - A keen interest in developing solutions to identify and prevent payment fraud is desirable. A strong sense of curiosity and analytical problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for enhancing customer experience, are crucial. - Candidates should be flexible in their work style and able to quickly adapt to new priorities. ###

Responsibilities

- I will look to you for technical leadership, rule strategy design, and expertise in product requirement elaboration for fraud prediction applications, which include critical, high-volume transaction processing systems. - You will oversee all changes and analyze new development requests, providing feedback on the effectiveness and capabilities of rule-based solutions to stakeholders. - I expect you to take ownership of communication throughout the rule development cycle and to develop reports and authoritative responses regarding your products and technical solutions. - You will be accountable for the creation and maintenance of all product documentation and relevant How To technical process pages. - You will hold ownership and representation of your products and solutions in all interactions with other groups. ###
