- Proven leadership in technical initiatives, especially within high-impact environments like Financial Services, complemented by an understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the capability to influence, resolve conflicts, and align cross-functional teams.
- A creative problem-solving attitude, fueled by a commitment to continuous improvement and tackling increasingly intricate challenges.
- A strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and a dedication to achieving high-impact outcomes.
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting technical interviews, and contributing to the development of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Software Architect, I will:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Open Banking services to enhance next-generation financial experiences.
- Engage hands-on with code, participate in architecture reviews, and lead design sessions to ensure technical excellence and precision in execution.
- Collaborate closely with product and business units to define our most critical initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads, elevating standards through coaching, code assessments, and architectural insights.
- Tackle the right challenges in the right manner, exercising sound judgment while balancing speed, scalability, and sustainability.
- Streamline complexity, optimize cost-benefit strategies, and make architectural decisions that deliver enduring value.
- Foster a “can-do” culture that encourages action, creative thinking, and an unwillingness to accept the status quo.
- Collaborate across teams to identify reuse opportunities, dismantle silos, and promote enterprise-wide architectural cohesion.
- Lead by example, inspiring my team through my technical depth and commitment to execution.
