- Knowledge of industry-standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef, with experience in creating an efficient CI/CD flow.

Responsibilities
- Engage in and enhance the complete lifecycle of services—from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Analyze IT service management activities and provide feedback to development teams regarding operational gaps or resiliency issues.
- Support services pre-launch through system design consultations, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
- Maintain services after they go live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
- Scale systems sustainably via automation and drive changes that enhance reliability and velocity.
- Oversee the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software to higher environments through validation and operational gating.
- Foster a culture of sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
- Take a comprehensive approach to problem-solving during production events across various technology layers, optimizing recovery times.
- Collaborate with a global team spanning multiple geographies and time zones.
- Share knowledge while mentoring junior team members.
