Requirements
Must:
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level) in both written and spoken forms
- Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for simplifying technical concepts
- Experience in mechanical or technical roles, particularly with industrial equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documentation, manuals, and schematics
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or service management software
- Experience in supporting industrial compressors, generators, or similar rotating machinery
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology
- Prior exposure to working with service technicians or in field service operations
- Understanding of fault diagnostics, preventative maintenance principles, and parts identification
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for industrial air compressors and generators through phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and service technicians, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Gather, assess, and document technical details such as model numbers, fault codes, operating conditions, and service history
- Update internal systems with precise and comprehensive case notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with advanced technical support, engineering, or OEM partners for escalated issues
- Help identify corrective actions, parts needs, and service recommendations
- Support a variety of technical and operational tasks related to customer support and service coordination
- Maintain a professional, clear, and solutions-focused demeanor in all customer interactions
