Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- 1 year of experience with JavaScript, preferably in relation to ServiceNow
- 1 year of experience with web service protocols such as SOAP, REST, JSON, or Kafka
- Proven ability to configure and manage various ServiceNow modules
- Strong scripting and coding capabilities within the ServiceNow environment
- Familiarity with Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework
- In-depth understanding of IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, and CMDB solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on efficiency and streamlining
- Capacity to provide technical guidance to teammates and stakeholders
- Competency in managing system upgrades and staying updated on ServiceNow enhancements
- ServiceNow Application Developer Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Script and code within the ServiceNow platform to meet project objectives
- Modify and adapt existing code to align with evolving business needs
- Manage core system configurations and address day-to-day user requests and incidents
- Configure primary ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog, ITSM, Asset, Integration Hub, CMDB Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Implement and maintain service graph connectors
- Utilize Flow Designer to enhance the service catalog and transition various workflows
- Offer technical guidance on existing workflows for better efficiency
- Oversee the ServiceNow upgrade cycle, including testing with the Automated Test Framework
- Keep current with ServiceNow products, version upgrades, enhancements, and new features
- Develop solutions for moderately complex issues
- Contribute to the successful completion of organizational projects while ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Develop test plans and maintain standard operating procedures
