Requirements
Must:
- Recognized industry expertise in AI/ML with a proven history of delivering impactful solutions.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in roles related to data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, statistics, natural language processing (NLP), optimization, and large language models (LLMs).
- Practical experience with AI deployment and orchestration frameworks and protocols (e.g., MLflow, llama-index, MCP).
- Extensive experience in evaluating LLM behavior across various foundational models and benchmarks.
- Background in building AI-driven applications and collaborating with software engineers and product managers.
- Strong coding capabilities in Python.
- Proficiency in R is a bonus.
- Knowledge of SQL and database design; familiarity with cloud-native data platforms, vector databases, and semantic search is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the development of comprehensive ML/AI solutions tailored to various enterprise use cases using LLMs, deep learning, and probabilistic modeling—from concept to implementation.
- Implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI systems that are aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in AI development and ethical AI deployment.
- Drive innovation by discovering emerging technologies and converting research insights into actionable applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to formulate resilient, production-ready AI pipelines and APIs.
- Create and present AI-enhanced applications (such as web applications, dashboards, and visualizations) to facilitate data-informed decision-making.
- Influence executive leadership by ensuring alignment of AI projects with enterprise strategy and articulating insights effectively.
- Mentor and nurture junior team members, promoting a culture of technical excellence and lifelong learning.
