Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology, including at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
- Proven experience in managing and scaling enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Atlassian)
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their applications within enterprise contexts
- Background in leading platform modernization and AI transformation projects
- Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing large budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic roadmap for enterprise enablement platforms focusing on AI integration, automation, and intelligent workflows over the next 1-3+ years
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and R&D teams to integrate AI functionalities into platform services
- Lead efforts to modernize platforms, ensuring alignment with digital transformation and AI-first initiatives
- Encourage a culture of innovation by empowering employees to share ideas and engage in proof-of-concept projects
- Oversee governance, performance, and lifecycle management of enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Atlassian
- Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and AI-driven metrics to guarantee platform dependability and value realization
- Enhance licensing, usage, and cost efficiency through data-driven insights
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on opportunities for platform and AI enablement
- Work with business, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of platforms
- Lead change management initiatives to promote user engagement and maximize ROI from platform investments
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse global team, building a strong talent pipeline
- Cultivate vendor relationships and manage external partnerships
- Execute operational strategies with discretion in daily decision-making
- Contribute to short- to medium-term strategic planning (1-3 years) and manage teams performing diverse functions and roles
