Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, and RPA implementation.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, ideally in the technology or financial services sectors.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in process analysis or continuous improvement, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and unforeseen challenges in a continuous improvement setting.
- A preference for a high-performance, project-oriented work climate, and the capability to shift to critical tasks as required.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in process documentation tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, OCR/IDP, NLP, Agentic AI, or other artificial intelligence automation technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Automation Business Analyst, I will collaborate closely with business teams to thoroughly examine their processes from start to finish. I will identify opportunities for automation utilizing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software and recommend process enhancements to ensure automation is feasible. I will also lead the RPA team in conducting feasibility analyses, prepare comprehensive process analyses and automation requirements documentation, and interact directly with developers and testers to implement new automation solutions. I will foster ongoing relationships with both business and technology partners.
