Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, system analysis, or a related technical field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT design and implementation, with significant experience in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and big data technologies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture development and delivery
- Minimum of 5 years in business architecture development and interpretation
- Proven experience in building complex cloud-native solutions for products and applications
- At least 5 years in a technology advisory role, specifically with AI, machine learning, statistical systems, or big data platforms
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks, particularly in security and privacy management
- Knowledge of AI Governance and Privacy requirements, including the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act (CAIA)
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Enterprise AI Architecture strategy and roadmap
- Create AI Reference Architectures and provide guidance for implementation
- Maintain and update specifications and publications regarding AI Standards and Patterns, focusing on security, privacy, and observability
- Build architecture for AI platforms and develop integration patterns, integrating emerging AI technologies as necessary
- Advise on AI capabilities for business and technology platforms ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
- Evaluate and oversee AI architecture deliverables, perform capability assessments, and support technical evaluations to address gaps
- Produce educational content and communicate effectively with the federated solution architecture community
- Collaborate with solution architects to document design decisions and architecture solutions
- Work with technology, business, and governance leaders to identify and resolve AI risks and process challenges
- Provide insights on problem-solving, solution alternatives, risk assessments, and impacts on business strategy and processes
- Communicate with the expanded enterprise architecture and security teams to discuss architecture strategies and standards
- Partner with AI Governance and Security teams to support responsible AI usage and mitigate emerging threats
