Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Strong comprehension of Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Fulfilment, and Procurement in a construction context.
- Proficient with SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow.
- Experienced in configuring NetSuite forms, fields, records, workflows, roles, and dashboards.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail in debugging and troubleshooting across various IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation and integration tasks.
- Assist in the gathering of requirements and design lightweight solutions.
- Help configure NetSuite forms, fields, records, workflows, roles, and dashboards.
- Support integration patterns with other systems.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and validating end-to-end processes.
- Manage activities related to Inventory, Items, Fulfilment, Procurement, Warehousing, Order Management, and Field Service Management.
- Offer best practice advice for order synchronization, stock updates, fulfilment, and returns.
- Suggest configuration or scripting enhancements to stabilize integrations.
Description
We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite ERP Technical & Functional Freelancer to assist us with an integration project that emphasizes order management, Field Service Management, inventory, fulfilment, and warehousing integrations within our construction company. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who can effectively combine robust NetSuite integration architecture with practical execution. You will collaborate closely with our internal team, aiding in configuration, integrations, and process mapping while ensuring seamless operational flows and system stability during implementation. This position is part-time, offering flexible scheduling, with a pay rate starting at $25.00 per hour. Work will be distributed in a hybrid remote setting based in Maspeth, NY 11378.
