Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion SCM with multiple full lifecycle implementations preferred
- Expertise in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is preferred
- Familiarity with rapid or phased ERP implementations
- Knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards in Oracle Fusion
- Hands-on experience in core SCM modules, specifically Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement is essential
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced implementation environment
- Experience with data migration tools and integration frameworks
- Strong comprehension of supply chain operations and business processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the comprehensive implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing when applicable
- Convert business needs into system configurations and functional designs
- Execute system setup, configuration, and validation tasks within Oracle Fusion
- Participate in data migration, validation, and integration activities
- Conduct gap analyses and propose scalable solutions that align with industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, QA) to ensure cohesive alignment
- Create and implement test scripts (SIT/UAT) and assist with issue resolution
- Provide direct troubleshooting support and assistance post-go-live
- Aid in the development of training materials and deliver training to end users
- Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
