Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of practical experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau
- Proven expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Ability to narrate compelling stories through data visualizations, particularly with CRM data
- Strong attention to detail, emphasizing data accuracy and standardized processes
- Proficient in Salesforce, including CRM Analytics and SAQL
- Skilled in best practices for dashboard visualization
- Strong command of SQL and data manipulation languages; familiar with ETL tools and APIs
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities; adept at handling large datasets
- Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with additional Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine reporting and analytics needs
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes and customer experiences to associate them with data
- Create and configure user-friendly Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, and narratives to provide actionable insights
- Enhance CRM Analytics performance through query optimization, creating scalable recipes, and designing reusable datasets
- Lead data transformation efforts, including dataflows and datasets; design dashboard wireframes and functional stories
- Prepare and refine data for visualization through profiling, partitioning, modeling, and volume assessment
- Align metrics across different business units with strategic objectives
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify trends and gaps that yield actionable insights
- Clearly communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in an engaging manner
- Stay updated on Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau advancements and recommend enhancements to existing solutions
