Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a four-year technical degree
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in quality by utilizing quality systems, data analysis, project prioritization, and project management
- Collect feedback from both internal and external customers to enhance quality across operations
- Formulate strategies to improve customer satisfaction and decrease field service calls
- Support quality-focused manufacturing initiatives by leading or contributing to improvement projects
- Oversee document control, product/process qualification, and auditing processes
- Monitor continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures
- Assist Quality team members in refining processes for the quality assurance of incoming materials and data exchange with external supply chain partners
- Advocate for the Quality Management System and ensure processes align with QMS standards
