Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- 2-year college degree required
- Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience, or
- 1-2 years MVW experience preferably in Inventory & Revenue Management, Resort Operations, Owner Services, or Finance & Accounting, or 2-3 years related work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Managers to optimize inventory for complex properties
- Maintain accuracy of Owner and rental reservations, resort occupancies, and overall inventory
- Prepare critical reports for strategic decision-making
- Analyze historical and future data to identify and resolve business impediments
- Validate special handling reservations in property management systems
- Balance inventory across various inventory management software systems
- Communicate with Resort Operations to ensure data consistency
- Support during disaster situations by generating reports and data
- Conduct individualized training for new hires and evaluate their skills
- Promote departmental goals through process enhancements and engagement initiatives
- Protect confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies
- Foster positive working relationships and contribute to team culture
