Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a relevant area
- Over 7 years of experience in software engineering and development of data platforms
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in constructing large-scale, distributed systems and APIs using contemporary frameworks (such as Java, Spring Boot, or similar)
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance measures
- Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities to liaise effectively with marketing and technology teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and digital data solutions that enhance enterprise-level personalization and analytics
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and technology teams to convert business needs into technical implementations
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security protocols across all marketing data platforms
- Enhance system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization
- Lead initiatives for modernization, including cloud migration and automation of data processes
- Guide engineering teams and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
