Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience/certification - Over 6 years of IT experience, including - More than 4 years of administering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in an enterprise setting - In-depth expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio - Skilled in using the Power Platform Admin Center, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 security/conformance tools - Proven record in implementing DLP policies, managing environments, and facilitating CoE operations - Solid understanding of governance frameworks, risk assessment, ITIL practices, and conditional access - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities - Keen attention to detail with proficiency in managing conflicting priorities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams - Experience in exploring emerging technologies, implementation standards, and security protocols - Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities - Ability to collaborate with Information Security teams and suggest optimal security measures for Power Platform products - Strong familiarity with evolving tools, software, applications, and systems within the Power Platform ecosystem - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) - Experience with DevOps, GitHub, or Azure Pipelines for Application Lifecycle Management - Knowledge of licensing models, cost optimization tactics, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

- Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for Power Platform - Design, develop, and deliver applications, flows, and reports that support Power Platform governance - Provide technical insights on emerging cyber threats and risks associated with the Power Platform - Contribute to the overall architecture and operational governance model of Power Platform - Collaborate with project teams to adjust services according to project-specific Power Platform requirements - Work closely with cybersecurity and compliance leaders to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards - Develop and implement delivery plans in coordination with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet project timelines and goals - Offer engineering oversight, governance, and tactical direction for Power Platform initiatives - Educate users on Power Platform technologies to enhance the organizations knowledge base - Participate in the assessment and selection of Power Platform products and services - Create test plans, implementation plans, and timelines for assigned Power Platform projects - Engage in security incident response activities as required for Power Platform - Establish and enforce governance policies, DLP strategies, and management standards for environments - Maintain and refine the Power Platform Center of Excellence, outlining roles, responsibilities, and operational protocols - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform usage aligns with organizational objectives and compliance requirements - Administer environments through the Power Platform Admin Center, including provisioning, lifecycle management, and recovery - Implement and oversee tenant-level settings and cross-tenant integrations - Manage secure automation and integrations, including connection references, service principals, and managed identities - Apply and audit security measures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations - Monitor service health, usage analytics, and flow performance to resolve issues and provide advanced support - Facilitate training sessions and support citizen developers and business units through documentation and community involvement - Implement best practices in solution design, naming conventions, and lifecycle management - Oversee integration with Microsoft 365, Azure, and external services - Manage connectors, custom APIs, and ALM pipelines for scalable deployment - Develop and execute inventive and practical project plans - Generate timely and precise reports and presentations - Evaluate operational quality and enhance processes based on prioritization of risks and impacts. - Understand and accommodate the needs of key stakeholders with clear communication of concepts - Advise on Power Platform governance patterns and risk management strategies - Suggest improvements to optimize processes and programs - Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and incorporate it into job functions - Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.
