Senior Manager, Oracle Record to Report Lead

- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience/certification - Over 7 years of progressive professional experience in IT application development and support - At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Implementation and support, with focus on design, modeling, implementation, testing, and maintenance - Minimum 5 years managing Fusion ERP modules within the RTR and ATR domain such as Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting - 5 years leading delivery and architecture of Oracle EBS modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Projects, Lease Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets - 2-3 full-cycle Oracle implementation experience in RTR and ATR processes - Thorough understanding of underlying tables and data dependencies across Oracle ERP modules - Ability to translate business needs into technical design documentation - Skills in organizing and documenting detailed functional and technical requirements - Experience developing test plans, scripts, and managing various testing types - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, solution architecture, and system integration - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities - Capability to comprehend multiple viewpoints and identify dependencies - Proficient verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including managing technical priorities - Preferred qualifications: Domain knowledge in RTR and ATR processes, experience with SOX processes, understanding of hospitality finance processes, managing consultant teams, and knowledge of technical integrations with external systems.
