Senior Manager, Oracle Pricing & Service to Cash

- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience/certification - Over 7 years of progressive experience in IT application development and support - More than 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP focused on design, modeling, and testing - Extensive experience managing Fusion ERP modules within the Service to Cash domain, including order management and billing - At least 3 years of hands-on leadership experience with Oracle EBS modules like General Ledger and Accounts Receivable - Minimum of 2-3 full-cycle Oracle implementation projects centered on the Service to Cash process - Profound understanding of database tables and data dependencies across Oracle ERP - Capable of translating business requirements into technical design documents - Ability to document comprehensive functional system configuration requirements - Experience in developing test plans, scripts, and managing various testing phases - Functional knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and system integrations - Superior problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities - Aptitude for recognizing various functional and technical perspectives - Strong verbal and written communication skills, presenting complex ideas clearly - Knowledgeable in agile methodologies and DevOps practices - 5+ years experience in the Service to Cash process relevant to the business - Knowledge of hospitality financial processes and revenue recognition is preferred - Experience leading a team of consultants in offshore models - Familiarity with SOX processes and IT General Controls - Capability to analyze user stories and create end-to-end solution designs - Experience in business process redesign or transformation - Functional understanding of conversion objects within the Service to Cash domain - Skills in building OTBI and BIP reports, customization of FDI reports is advantageous - Background in third-party tax software integrations - Solid grasp of ETL and data migration techniques - Experience with cloud environments like OCI and AWS; customization using OCI is a plus - Proven troubleshooting skills in ERP systems - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently - Self-motivated and capable of driving tasks to completion independently - Proven track record in supporting complex applications with multiple stakeholders - Understanding of financial and accounting processes - Insight into financial budgeting and forecasting processes - Experience with change management and enterprise architecture frameworks - Ability to anticipate future integration opportunities
