Requirements
Must:
- 2-year degree in Business Administration or a related field; 6 years of relevant experience.
- OR - 4-year bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, operations, economics, statistics, mathematics) or related major; 6 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence, including hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or managing projects focused on the coding and migration of analytics assets during technology transitions.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and analytics teams to convert requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in automating reports and enhancing data visualization tools within a complex enterprise setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and management of data science and AI solutions for the US & Canada division, supporting various business functions.
- Direct the selection and application of suitable methodologies for LLMs, machine learning, automation, or business rules in response to changing business requirements.
- Establish and uphold data governance, quality assurance, and privacy standards for AI and analytics projects.
- Develop and manage scalable data pipelines and model management procedures to support AI-driven tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Track model performance, risks, and compliance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Articulate technical concepts and project developments to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster team growth through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
