Overnight engineer - advanced systems support

- Attend to and resolve guest repair requests with minimal supervision - Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication - Perform visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines - Manage maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies when necessary - Communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts effectively - Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics related to plumbing and HVAC systems - Showcase engineering operation skills in various areas including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems - Perform complex repairs on physical property and various equipment while adhering to safety standards - Troubleshoot and fix a variety of equipment issues, including plumbing and electrical repairs - Use Lockout/Tagout system prior to maintenance work - Train and mentor other engineering staff as needed - Complete Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including monitoring readings and rounds - Uphold all company safety and security protocols and report any problems or hazards - Provide exceptional service to guests and respond to their needs appropriately - Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of sensitive information - Assist with heavy lifting and movement of objects as necessary - Utilize computer systems to locate work-related information - Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
