Requirements
Must:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
- Minimum of 3 years in information technology or network infrastructure management
- At least 2 years of experience in project management and implementation skills
- Technical certifications (ITIL, Cisco, MCSE, etc.) are preferred
- Experience researching new technologies, trends, standards, and products
- Proven ability to develop technology roadmaps and strategies
- Willingness to work outside regular hours during change implementations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences, including executives and business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with effective management of multiple priorities
- Capable of influencing and driving change while overcoming obstacles
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert overseeing property networks for continuous service enhancement
- Develop solutions and designs for LAN, WLAN, and WAN services
- Support CAPEX projects, ensuring they meet time and budget requirements
- Assist various stakeholders in addressing complex service requests
- Guide workgroups and foster a positive, collaborative environment for team success
- Manage the lifecycle of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal capacity and performance
- Create and maintain operational documentation and architectural designs
- Provide technical leadership during project and change implementations
- Educate users to improve understanding and skills related to infrastructure services
- Implement robust network security measures to protect company assets and data
