Requirements
Must:
- HVAC Certification
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- No supervisory experience required
Responsibilities
- Repair various gas, electric, and steam appliances
- Maintain the physical integrity of the property
- Read, log, track, and interpret data from meters and gauges
- Monitor and inspect boiler equipment, valves, and gauges
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults in electrical systems and components
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and fixtures
- Adhere to company safety and security policies
- Report safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Ensure quality standards are met and suggest improvements
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors
