Requirements

Must:
- I must possess a Boiler and HVAC Certification. - I should have a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree. - My experience should include at least 3 years in a related field. - I am required to have Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification. - I should have any necessary state or local license for plant operation as a Stationary Engineer (when applicable).

Responsibilities

- I will be responsible for repairing various gas, electric, and steam appliances and maintaining the physical infrastructure of the property. - I will read, log, track, and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring devices. - I will monitor and inspect boiler equipment, valves, and gauges and will be tasked with inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration systems. - I will conduct testing and treatment of closed-loop systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent corrosion. - I will inspect both closed and open-loop cooling tower systems to ensure balanced water quality and system efficiency while preventing biological growth. - I will diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems, apparatus, and components. - I will assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures. - I will adhere to all company safety and security policies, report safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and participate in safety training and certifications. - I will ensure my uniform and appearance are clean and professional while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets. - I will acknowledge and welcome all guests according to company standards and proactively address their service needs. - I will develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team in achieving common goals, and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees. - I will adhere to quality expectations and standards while identifying and implementing new ways to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings. - I will communicate clearly and professionally with others, and I should be able to handle objects of varying sizes and weights. - I will be required to navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders, and should be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance. - I will use computers to access work-related information. - I may also be asked to perform other reasonable job duties as needed.
