Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Vocational or technical education preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance.
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification is required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests and communicate effectively to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and lubrication.
- Visually inspect tools, machines, and equipment, and manage maintenance inventory by requisitioning parts and supplies as required.
- Safely complete complex repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, following company standards and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot various types of equipment and perform necessary repairs, such as plumbing, electrical tasks, and HVAC units.
- Utilize the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance tasks to ensure safety.
- Train and mentor colleagues as needed and perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including necessary readings and rounds.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to work full-time in our engineering and facilities department, with a pay rate of $27.75 for the shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
