Responsibilities
In this position, I will respond to and attend to guest repair requests. My duties will include resolving minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaky spigots and faucets. I will also perform various minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Additionally, I will conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, which includes cleaning and lubricating them. Maintaining daily logs of operations, maintenance, and safety activities will be part of my role. I will communicate with guests to address maintenance concerns when necessary.
I will be expected to adhere to all company policies and safety and security protocols. It will be my responsibility to report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or accidents and complete safety training and certifications. My appearance must remain clean and professional, and I will maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information while safeguarding company assets. Welcoming and recognizing all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and aiding individuals with disabilities will be key elements of my duty. I will communicate in a clear, professional manner, foster positive working relationships, and respond appropriately to the concerns of others. Additionally, I will ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. This role requires a degree of physical agility, including reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. I will need to visually inspect tools and equipment and manually lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. I will navigate stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders and perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by my supervisors.
