Part-time engineer

- Respond promptly to guest repair requests - Communicate effectively with guests to resolve maintenance issues - Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication - Perform visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines - Transport equipment such as tools or radios as needed - Identify and operate shut-off valves for various equipment - Manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as necessary - Document information for any outstanding calls prior to shift change - Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures - Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly - Complete all required safety training and certifications - Store flammable materials properly and maintain cleanliness in appearance - Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs - Assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine appreciation to guests - Maintain high quality expectations and foster positive working relationships - Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers - Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds - Navigate stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders as necessary - Reach overhead and below the knees while performing tasks - Execute any other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors
