Painting Technician

- I need you to apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using various tools such as brushes, spray guns, or rollers. You'll also need to prepare new surfaces for finishing coats by applying primers or sealers. - Removing old finishes through stripping, sanding, wire brushing, or using water and/or abrasive blasting will also be part of your job. You'll ensure surfaces are properly covered to protect them during painting and display appropriate signage. - After completing tasks, please clean and store paint and tools in designated areas. You'll coordinate with vendors to modify paint, stain, or varnish colors as necessary. - I expect you to adhere to all company safety and security policies and promptly report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Completing safety training and certifications is essential. - Maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of company information is important. You should acknowledge all guests according to our standards and be responsive to their service needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities. - Communication should be clear and professional. As a team member, you will support common goals and ensure adherence to our quality expectations and standards. - I also require physical capabilities, including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods is part of the role. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
