Painter II - Flexible schedule

- Apply paint, stain, and various finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers - Prepare new surfaces for finish coats by applying primers or sealers - Remove old finishes through methods such as stripping, sanding, wire brushing, or abrasive blasting - Protect surfaces during painting by covering them with appropriate materials - Clean and properly store paint and painting tools and equipment - Collaborate with vendors to modify paint colors, stains, or varnishes - Adhere to all company safety and security protocols, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues - Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality of information and protection of company assets - Engage with guests per company standards, addressing their needs and showing appreciation - Utilize clear and professional communication with others - Support team objectives and adhere to quality standards - Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds - Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors
