Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to hold both a Boiler License and an HVAC License.
- Previous experience in a related field is essential, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- An HVAC Certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to repair various gas, electric, and steam appliances while maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
- You will read, log, track, and interpret readings from meters and gauges as well as monitor and inspect boiler equipment, valves, and gauges.
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment will also be part of your role.
- You will diagnose electrical malfunctions in systems, components, and apparatus, as well as assemble, install, and maintain electrical wiring and appliances.
- Adherence to company safety and security policies is critical; I will expect you to report safety hazards and complete required trainings.
- Maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring guest satisfaction by acknowledging their needs, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues will be crucial.
- You will also be tasked with identifying ways to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
- Physical tasks may include lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead, climbing stairs or ladders, and performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

This position requires part-time availability for an overnight shift with a pay rate of $25.50 per hour at the New Orleans Marriott located at 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.
