Overnight Engineer - Amelia Island

- Respond to and address guest repair requests with minimal supervision. - Communicate effectively with guests to resolve maintenance issues. - Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubricating. - Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machinery. - Manage maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as necessary. - Maintain clear communication with other shifts regarding daily activities and issues using approved programs and standards. - Read blueprints and electrical schematics related to plumbing and HVAC systems. - Exhibit strong mechanical abilities with proficiency in at least three categories from air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems, carpentry, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and general building management. - Safely carry out complex repairs on the property, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. - Troubleshoot various types of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment. - Utilize the Lockout/Tagout system before starting any maintenance work. - Mentor other engineers and perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities as needed. ###
