Locksmith and security technician

- Install, repair, and maintain all mechanical and electronic locking systems, including safe-deposit boxes and in-room safes - Recommend replacement of defective or outdated appliances and equipment - Keep accurate records of key inventory - Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, which includes cleaning and lubrication - Assist local authorities during emergencies and natural disasters following safety protocols - Adhere to all company safety and security policies - Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries - Maintain professionalism in uniform and personal appearance - Protect proprietary information and company assets - Communicate effectively with colleagues in a professional manner - Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives - Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations - Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines for defects - Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring good motor skills and hand-eye coordination - Move, lift, carry, or place objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance - Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts - Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
