Lead Engineer - Software & Systems

- Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment - Recommend replacements and calibrate controls, gauges, meters, etc. - Identify and operate all shut-off valves - Order, organize, and stock parts and supplies as needed - Maintain inventory and manage purchase order logs - Inspect tools, equipment, or machines for functionality - Utilize computers to enter and locate work-related information - Operate power lift equipment - Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff - Maintain compliance with company and safety policies and procedures - Report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries - Complete safety training and manage the storage of flammable materials - Uphold a clean and professional appearance at all times - Anticipate and address guests service needs with professionalism - Communicate effectively and accurately review written documents - Foster positive relationships with colleagues and respond to their concerns - Ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend improvements - Move, lift, and position objects up to 75 pounds as needed - Navigate stairs, ramps, slippery surfaces, and ladders - Perform a variety of physical tasks including bending, twisting, and reaching - Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required - Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
