Junior Painter

In this position, I will be applying paint, stain, and other finishes to the walls, ceilings, and furniture of our property using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. I will prepare surfaces for finishing by applying primers or sealers and will be responsible for removing old finishes through various methods such as sanding, stripping, or water blasting. Additionally, I will protect surfaces during painting and manage the cleanup and storage of paint and equipment. I will also collaborate with vendors to modify paint colors as needed. I am committed to following all safety and security policies while reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or injuries. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, I will ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. I will greet and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance to individuals with disabilities while expressing genuine gratitude. Effective communication with my team and adherence to quality standards will be paramount. My physical duties will include reaching, bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. I will be prepared to stand or walk for extended periods and will perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
