Intermediate Painter

- I apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. I prepare surfaces for finish coats by applying primers or sealers and remove old finishes through methods such as stripping, sanding, and abrasive blasting. - I ensure surfaces are protected by covering them appropriately during the painting process and post necessary signage. After completing my work, I clean up and store painting tools and equipment in designated areas. - Additionally, I coordinate with vendors to modify color options for paint, stain, or varnish. - I follow company policies and safety protocols, reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards as needed. I ensure that my appearance is neat and professional while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets. - I welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, proactively addressing their service needs. I assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine gratitude towards our guests. Communication is conducted in a clear and professional manner, and I support my team in achieving shared goals while adhering to quality standards. - My role requires mobility, including bending, twisting, and the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. I may also need to use a ladder and perform tasks while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. I am committed to fulfilling other reasonable job duties as assigned by my supervisors.
